Going to be interesting to see, at any rate.
I've been watching those "The Adventures of Young Indiana Jones" lately, and they're quite well I think.
That was only moderately related.

Looks good. I'm glad they kept it in the same time-frame and didn't try to modernize it at all.

If it was modernized, Indiana would have been 109 years old. He was born in 1899.

That looks really good. Something actually worth the 9 dollars it costs here to see it in the theater.

I was worried when Ford said he'd be donning the fedora again - surely he's 80 or so now? - but I'm cautiously optimistic now that I've seen the trailer. As long as they don't let the sidekick/protege character gum up the works too much, I'm sure it'll be great.

Eh. I thought the ending to Last Crusade was great. While I love Ford, the trailer doesn't excite anything in me. I did get a "Wrath of Khan" kind of feel from parts of it though. (Kirk feeling old and whatnot.) The CGI fits as well as it did in the latest Die Hard movie.
Nazi chick? I'm under the impression that it's the 50's and we're dealing with the Red Menace.
I've actually been impressed with Shia LaBeouf, and I think a better tactic would have been to create a spiritual Indiana Jones successor. One that wouldn't be Indiana Jones, but provided as much fun as the originals did. Sure, it's a less sound decision, in some aspects, financially, but if I wanted to see a geriatric old man kick people's asses, I'd wait for an adaptation of Frank Miller's The Dark Knight Returns with Clint Eastwood as Batman.

I like to see how the Arc wasn't just forgotten about. Considering it could be used an ahem... sorry cliche but, "WMD". It never made sense to me that it was just left in storage somewhere. And I really enjoyed Shia Labeouf in Transformers, so I'm not worried about him in this film. This will be a must see opening night flick for me, as will Dark Knight.

if you remember raiders of the lost arc. in the end, yes they do place the arc in the huge ass storage facility. in the trailer, dose the storage facility in there remind you of the one in raiders of the lost arc ?
i have this feeling that indi has to go sneak in there, and get it, and do some stuff with it...

Yes, absolutely. I'm assuming that the protagonists of this film will be seeking the Arc to use as a weapon or for their own personal gain. While I don't believe this will be the main story I have a feeling it will make an appearance.

Saw this not too long ago....looks good, my apprehension has almost made the transformation to excitement.
Nice to see Ford can still move.

Well, adjusting for how old Ford is, I would've assumed that they'd bring it to the 50's or 60's and maybe try some Korean or Vietnamese bad guys. I'm just glad they stuck with Nazi's and (until I see the movie) haven't botched it.
