How difficult is it to change a lap-tops operating system from Vista to XP?

shouldn't be too hard. Make sure your laptop manufacturer has drivers for XP. If so, it's just a simple matter of formatting and popping the xp cd in.

It can be a royal bitch. Friend of mine ended up having to roll an XP install with SP3 and the mobo drivers in order to get it to work.
