I've just put my house onn the market to sell

Its more than I paid for it, but not loads more as prices slumped in the last 2 years. It'd probably gone for £200k if I'd sold it in 2007 but who can tell what the future holds

Apparently its in prime condition for a sale as its had plenty of work done to it (every rooms been changed since I bought it) and we got 1 point off a B grade for our energy efficient report. B's are useually only given to specialist designer eco-homes.

Fingers crossed it'll go soon. Me and Mrs Weatley007 want to move out to the country, get some dogs, some canoes, a 4WD and a big garden and not live in an estate (we dont want neighbours).

Its all deceptive mate. Its our first home so whilst its smaller than my parents it not too small at all really
