This footage was captured by two separate people several miles apart (one guy on the ground, the other from an airplane window).....

I saw something just like this while on a shrimp boat when I was around 13-14. Shit was funky. It did that same thing for a good 20-30 minutes. It was at night and every sphere lite up two to three colors at a time. This is the first time I've seen something that reminded me of it.
