Trailer was very "Ghost in the Shell'ish". Loved Deus Ex. Invisible War wasn't half as bad as it was panned for tbh but if they get this one spot on it will go down as an all time classic methinks.

I liked IW also. It wasn't an A+, it was like a B, you know? It was a really good game, but just.. disappointing when put up against its revolutionary daddy.

One more reason 2011 is going to kick ass.

That trailer was great. When i saw the ingame screenies it reminded me of Blade Runner but the trailer does have a kinda Blade Runner crossed with Ghost in the Shell vibe which is great. Can't wait and glad it's a prequal as ive never finished the orginal games.

I'm excited for this, but any game that lets me be a cyborg unravelling complex conspiracies by sneaking through the shadows, activating thermoptic camo when not in the shadows, and hacking systems is A-OK in my book by default.

There are a few little references to Ghost in the Shell, and Appleseed in the original Deus Ex. Check out the design of the Stealth Pistol, for example.
