There's been basically an article a day concerning the developers in the New York Post. I highly doubt they'll get this project off the ground. Considering their other buildings are dumps and everyone involved has failed in most of their business dealings.

The whole situation is suspicious when you read about the owner selling the property to this developer of the mosque for less money than a local successful NY developer who offered 2-3 times as much. Definitely some backdoor dealings involving suitcases of cabbage.
