@ Loco. 1 without perks as far as I know.
@ ZB. Not really, they're a stand alone faction and aside from karma no one will really give a shit. If you killed the Powder Ganger you'll probably want to avoid the NCR prison even if disguised.

"Well to be honest, after years of smoking and drinking, you do sometimes look at yourself and think, you know, just sometimes between that first cigarette with coffee in the morning to that 400th glass of corner shop piss at 3AM, you do sometimes look at yourself and think...this is fantastic." - Bernard Black
Started playing the DLC's now. So far, Honest Hearts is boring, just fetch quests, weak enemies, and a lot of walking from point a to point b. Old world Blues was fucking hilarious and hard as hell. Sierra Madre is creepy but haven't gotten too far into it. Saving Lonesome Road for the last, given the way they play up the existence and activities of the other courier, I'm rather hoping it will be as epic as they make it seem.

You'll be disapointed tbh. Old World Blues was by far the best.
I'm disappointed by how shitty the 45 auto weapons are. I shoot someone with a 45, I expect there to be a very loud bang and them to fold like laundry. Not keep charging because the little *ptoie* my gun makes didn't faze them.

Considering all the 10mm and .44 guns out there, by the time most people play Honest Hearts, .45 is a downgrade. The .45 guns are just in there for some rather forced John Moses Browning worship.
I tell you what, I miss the infiltrator from Fallout 3. The 12.7mm submachine gun silenced is an ugly and ineffective bitch at more than 3 feet. At which point I'd rather drop a rebar club on their head.
