All of a sudden Steam won't work- the .exe is gone and using a new install/repair gives an Error 1334. This one is not in their support FAQ and I see no support email. WhadddoIdo??

I originally tried to play DoD yesterday and that started this hassle. Well, I just fired up Steam without fixing anything and DoD was missing. I just downloaded it again and I'll have a go. In the words of Wee Billy Shatner: "Weird, or What?"

Obligatory: "It's not just Steam".
For future reference, anytime anything in Steam breaks or doesn't seem to be working right, exit that fucker right out, delete the client.blob file, and fire it back up. It'll do an update and the vast majority of the time your shit is fixed.
