Now that's pretty clever.
"Boy, the next words that come out of your mouth better be some fucking brilliant Mark Twain shit".
I like guns, I like shooting guns, but why the HELL do I, as a recreational shooter, need or even really WANT this? Go hunt with a buddy and have him laser paint a deer while I shoot at it from a mile away? There's no sport there.

There's little 'sport' in the way allot of people hunt. Going to Africa to some game reserve, waiting in a hide by a man made water hole with food left out, to shoot a farm reared antelope or pig and then taking holiday snaps of your kill isnt sport. Its just being a cunt

hope they work the bugs out with the speed
This is interesting and I can see the battlefield implications, but there's no way anything like this would ever get approved for use in hunting even the biggest game in the US. It just won't. The only hunters I could see dropping the kinda coin it would take to obtain a unit like this would have to be the uber-rich trophy hunters who like shooting elephants and hippos and shit.
As for battlefield usage, well, I can see the value.
would this work both ways though? if there is more than one target painted, what happens?
