My ship is in the news

This happened our last underway. We went into river city which means all communications were blocked and an investigation went on for the week we were out at sea. Some of the 8 sailors discharged were my close friends. Unfortunately this video shown is a quarter of what happened and if anything this ex-sailor (who remain nameless except for the nickname "bill", who is a dumbass) did nothing more but incriminate himself even more.
There were two kids that got beat up. In another video that bill chooses not to show, they choke out a kid until he blacks out and continue to beat him. He was covered in lumps and bruises. The other kid was as well.
Despite what the news says, what actually happened is this:
Kid gets beat up, knocked out and beaten some more. Wouldn't wake up. People involved freaked out and got the corpsmen, who then rushed down to the berthing and were finally able to wake him up. He said he fell and got knocked out. The next day went to medical complaining of a messed up neck. They talked to him for awhile and finally he showed them his body which was covered in black and blue lumps.
Some of the people discharged were animals and i didn't like them, and for the most part iam happy they are gone. They were assholes. For the rest, they were my friends and took navy tradition way way way too far. They are doing good tho, i've been keeping in contact. They all have a bright future ahead of them despite what happened.
For some who have hard feelings and i didn't like in the first place, they are living in the slums talking shit.
It's not surprising considering that while they were in the navy they acted like ghetto punks driving late 80's caprices with 28" rims on them blasting music about drugs and sagging their uniform like they're 50 cent with the N word spilling out of their mouth every two seconds.
This was kept in-house until "bill" decided to pull this shit, now we have reporters everywhere. The whole navy has to do training on hazing because of us.
