How is expression and criticism at all lawsuit worthy?

If I was the head of one of these news outlets I'd tell Scientology to go fuck itself and air it anyway..

The problem is scientology just attacks with all sorts of bullshit legal charges. It doesn't matter how much it costs them, because they'll just force their members to sell more of their stuff to pay for their costs. All they do is try to tie you up in lawsuits until you get fed up and just steer clear of anything related to anti-scientology.
