Been traing MMA for a year now and just wondering if there are any fans of MMA on the boards

Caught bout 30 seconds of a fight last jan and it was a flying kick with some dude ducking and taking the guy down, after that i was hooked and started traing it a month later. I was over 17 stone and way fat lol, now down to less than 14 stone and fit as an athlete now accoring to my fitness tests:) All down the traing and working a good program at my gym.

And for the fans looks like Cro Cop is gone frome the UFC, he is heading back to Japan.
