I don't believe it can. Maybe if there's a way to get Steam to support UTF-8 it might work, but I don't know that steam is even available behind the Great Firewall (come to think of it, how is this site even accessible?)

What's the status with Sturmbot workin with 3.1 Steam Re-release? because those four servers i see are mostly without players unless it's been arranged
