They gave 4 speeches at the GDC, and included the powerpoints here. l swear these developer notes are one of the coolest things you'll ever see. l kinda skipped over the TF2 shading ultra technical stuff (You'll see what l mean), but overall it's awesome to see how and why they did what they did to make the Orange box such a huge success.
