    Default Question on sound devices

Is there any way to make it so I can manually choose which applications use which sound device?

An example would be that I want Ventrilo in my headphones and Bioshock to play on my speakers.

Or have it so Ventrilo and lets say CSS play on my headphones and still have Bioshock go through my speakers.

My speakers are connected to a separate sound card. I sort of have this thing like I want but I want to make it so I can make specific programs use any sound device I choose.

Right now my headphones are connected through my onboard audio and I have Winamp output settings to play through my sound card. But not all games have that option to choose an audio device. Therein lies my problem.

I think you might be able to do it if your headset's USB. USB headsets will use the on board sound. The thing is, timing it can be funky.
