Congress discovers most oil futures held by few speculators

Not really that surprising, really. I think about the only thing surprising is the ratio of who holds how much. Now whether or not it's really the speculators fault the oil has gone up or whether it really is a supply/demand issue or some combination is undetermined yet, but at least we've shed some light on something that's been conducted in the dark so far.
