As loathe as I am to say it, Burris isn't entirely wrong. From what I've heard of these plans, they're only applied in the most extreme of situations because of the draconian measures and because of the sheer fucking cost of it. However they've had an incredibly high success rate in the cities they were applied in. As long as this isn't used as the first option or a cure-all for the school's woes, then it seems as if it's been effective.

However it does put an end to the dream of a remake of Ferris Beuller's Day Off.
