    Default Best way to convert an WAV to an MP3

    You have an actual wav file on your desktop, and I want to convert it into an mp3. What is the best way to do that, for free?

    Best bloody tool ever, converts pretty much any audio or video format to any other audio or video format you want - and does a good job of it!!

    http://www.zamzar.com/ is also an online service for converting files, if you can't install.
