Drag file to toolbar "folder" and it just flashes

This happens all the time for me, and has always been a problem with windows - does anyone know of a fix?

I try dragging a file to a folder I have open by dragging it on to it, on the taskbar and usually the folder pops up so I can drag it into that window - but sometimes it just flashes orange instead....REALLY annoying!!!

Probably a program you have installed is breaking it, I've heard of programs which modify your shell(usually to read different OS partitions and the like) doing similiar things.

I do have ultramon which hooks in to the shell big time, including the task bar - it is probably that then, damn - shame I can't live without it!!! Oh well...thanks :)

Hahahaha, when I read your title I thought that every time you try to drag a file to the toolbar folder you briefly see a picture of tits and then it goes away :P
